Due Diligence Documentation Package
Answers to potential buyer's and investor's questions in a professional package.Make your business stand out to the sophisticated investor and purchaser.
You need full disclosure documentation to prove the value of your company to an investor or potential buyer. If you are working hard to grow your business and you have not documented your results, then you cannot prove your progress to an investor or potential buyer of your business.
This is where Funding Process Management (FPM) comes in.
1. RESEARCH
FPM researches comparable companies to support your valuation and prepare a full disclosure document for the sale of your business. In addition to comparable business research, FPM provides you with the FPM Due Diligence Questionnaire which covers over 60 compound questions that cover every corner of your business. These questions are answered with representations and warranties from the seller, along with documentation of corporate governance issues, accounting issues, legal documentation and a business plan for continuation of the business.
2. DOCUMENTATION
FPM documents and validates your business strategy with the same detail as if you were taking your company public. Final documents include an executive summary of your business to aid in marketing and qualification of prospective purchasers as well as detailed representations and warranties well beyond common practices. You may make these documents available to your qualified buyer after they have signed a Letter of Intent to purchase your business. Most, if not all, questions that a buyer has will be answered during the documentation process.
3. PRESENTATION
FPM presents their research and documentation information to you in order to complement the efforts of your business broker and so you may share with prospective purchasers of your business. The final due diligence package provides valuation summary, executive summary and documentation of all aspects of your business to make your business stand out to the sophisticated investor and purchaser. Final presentation will be presented in both hard copy and digital format on either a memory stick or CD-DVD to deliver to your business broker or your prospective buyer.
